Opaque token for one private unpublished build.

Minted by BackendImpl::begin_store_state_staging and used to stage, publish, or abort that build.

pub fn testing_namespace_id(&self) -> &str

Test-only accessor for the pause-gate registry key.

Exists so integration tests can register a stage pause for a token they hold; compiled out of every production build.
